There are two parts of 888-hosting that do completely different things so they are separated as such. As the majority of our clients are businesses, the accounting department rarely is involved in IT and the IT department is rarely involved with billing. Therefore, there are two areas, one is billing and the other is cPanel.
Billing is where you can add/remove services and pay any current invoices.
cPanel is where you actually carry out functions with concern to your web site and hosting such as creating/editing email accounts and FTP accounts, reading and writing files directly to your site space, setting up filters or add on server side programs such as Blogs, eCommerce, Bulletin Boards and more. It also has a simple FTP built in client for downloading or uploading files (no folders).
